William Morgan
William Morgan is a philosopher of technology whose research resides at the intersection of cybernetics, modern finance and artificial intelligence. He is receiving his Ph.D. from the Department of Rhetoric. At Berkeley, he has served on the editorial board of the journal, qui parle. Most recently, he was part of the inaugural class of Antikythera Studio Fellows, housed within the Berggruen Institute in Los Angeles. His work has previously appeared in e-flux, Theory, Culture & Society, Sustainability, Media Theory and qui parle.

Yoojin Leem
Yoojin is a Master of Design student at UC Berkeley. She has a background in fine art and is interested in aesthetics within emerging technology. She researches ways to enhance painting performances and experiences using machine learning models. Outside school, she works as a product designer and seeks to integrate user experience across various platforms.
Rachel Qingzhu Zhang
Rachel Zhang is an MDes (Master of Design) student with a strong foundation in Computer Science. Her academic focus lies at the intersection of technology and aesthetics, where she strives to create innovative solutions to address diverse challenges. Building on her Computer Science expertise, Rachel is particularly passionate about exploring the potential of artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, and virtual reality to push the boundaries of art, music, and design. Her ambition is to craft immersive experiences that transport individuals to new dimensions while simultaneously achieving the dual goals of education and entertainment.
Jeremy Chen
Jeremy Chen is graduating with a Master of Architecture at UC Berkeley with Graduate Certificates in New Media, Applied Data Science, and Geospatial Information Science and Technology. He conducts research in the Department of Architecture, the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management, and the Department of Mechanical Engineering, where he is a member of the Morphing Matter Lab. Jeremy is passionate about embedding digital information and computation into the physical world, integrating emerging technologies with nature to create sustainable, responsive, and ecologically aware designs. His design philosophy is “quantitative and qualitative in its approach, poetic and artistic in its expression, and innovative in its form,” reflecting a balance between analytical rigor and creative exploration. He believes data-informed decision-making can contribute to insightful and innovative design solutions. With a keen interest in human perception, he aims to craft immersive and unique experiences that engage and augment all senses. Before joining UC Berkeley, Jeremy earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University, specializing in architectural engineering, computer-aided engineering, and tectonics.
