Alum TF Tierney Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley
Welcome back to Berkeley, Thérèse Tierney! TF Tierney is joining us as a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design.
Tierney is also the founding director of URL: Urban Research Lab at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Recent projects include smart cities, suburbanization, social equity, and sustainable neighborhoods. In 2013, Tierney was a US Delegate to Smart & Digital Cities in France; she was selected for the quality of her research in the application of new technologies to build more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable cities.
