Grace Gipson was featured in a conversation on the topic of Black Women and Theories of the Future! This discussion panel was presented by the Schomburg Center's 10th Annual Black Comic Book Festival in partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Afrofuturism Festival.

An excerpt from her viewpoint on "what do black women's futures look like to her":

"It's going to be unapologetic — so that's been established already from our fore mothers, so that's what they're going to continue to look like. It's going to always look like this coloring outside the lines because we don't have boundaries, you can't keep us boxed in."
