Ken Goldberg's Deep Learning Featured in Science Robotics
For the past year, Ken Goldberg and his lab have been working on a new artifical intellgence software that would allow robots to quickly and skillfully move objects around. This software differs from that used in automated assembly line robots in that it allows for more flexibility and accuracy in how the robot moves objects around. Considering the pandemic and lockdown, the lab hopes that this technology could help retailers fulfill their orders while also ensuring the safety of their employees.
