Margaret Rhee Robot Poetry Collection
Alumnus Margaret Rhee has a new poetry chapbook collection called Radio Heart; or, How Robots Fall Out of Love forthcoming from Finishing Line Press in August 2015 and pre-sale is now available!
Radio Heart is an excerpt from her larger full-length collection Love, Robot currently under review. Both collections investigate the intersections of humans and robots through the love poem. Ken Goldberg, UC Berkeley artist and professor and executive committee member at BCNM has said of the collection: "Margaret Rhee's playful and poignant collection of robot poems follows the "morse code of her human heart" right into the soul of the machine. Each poem explores mysteries of love and logic as she pursues her thirst to understand the most human of our machines."
