Through hands-on exercises in writing and sketching, you will develop characters, build immersive worlds, craft compelling narratives, and learn essential techniques in composition, story structure, and visual storytelling.

UC Berkeley alum Yairamaren Maldonado and Pixar Animation Studios designer Tim Evatt are leading this beginner-friendly workshop exploring the foundations of creative writing and art practices for animation.
