Abigail De Kosnik Introduces Fanlink

Prof. Abigail De Kosnik (BCNM and Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies) has launched a new company, Fanlink, which offers online fan clubs for teens and adults! Fanlink provides safe spaces for people to learn, connect, and have fun while discussing their favorite media topics and strengthening their media literacy skills. Two Fanlinks are starting this fall: "Fandom and the 2024 Elections" (for adults, and teens who attend with adults) starting on Monday, October 21 on Zoom, and "Heartstopper & Queer and Trans YA" (for teens ages 14-18) starting Tuesday, October 29 on Zoom.
