Ken Goldberg in the Stanford Social Innovation Review
Ken Goldberg recently led an amazing team in conducting research on the latest rating systems used by Netflix and Amazon when recommending products to customers. "Collaborative filtering" efficiently and reliably breaks down complex qualitative data that can be hard to analyze. Ken's team asks whether collaborative filtering can be used for social good. CITRIS and the Banatao Institute’s Brandie Nonnecke and Eric Martin wrote about their work for the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
