Ken Goldberg on Alpha Garden at Techfest Bombay
BCNM professor Ken Goldberg recently presented his work on Alpha Garden online for Techfest Bombay's Virtual Exhibit Series.
From the presentation description:
...Techfest brings to you a presentation by Ken Goldberg, the Director of the team behind AlphaGarden, AUTO LAB. The goal of the project is to find out whether AI can learn a function as complex as polyculture gardening, or farming with multiple species of plants growing alongside one another, instead of monoculture growing, a single-crop strategy commonly practiced today.
