BlackComicsChat co-host, Grace Gipson, re-joined the podcast on March 30 after coming off a brief hiatus. Along with her fellow moderators, Marcus Kwame, Leonardo Faierman and Tony Snark, they joined in conversation with this episode's guest: Whit Taylor. Taylor recently published a new comic, "Ghost Stories," in 2018.
They discussed Taylor's origin story — born and raised in suburban New Jersey — and how she got into the world of comics through the "X-Men" and "Archie" series. Taylor also touched on her early works, black spaces, and supporting underrpresented artists in the industry.
