Ken Goldberg on Art, Technology, and Innovation in the Bay Area
BCNM's Ken Goldberg wrote a retrospective on the Bay Area's cultural and political climate in connection to its innovators in the arts and sciences. From early film to the Oppenheimer brothers to the founding of Silicon Valley, Goldberg creates a narrative of the interconnections between the Bay Area's counter-cultural movement, its scientific legacies, and the many marriages of technology, performance art, and critical inquiry into science, technology, and human value which have taken place by the Bay.
