"Boom California": Launch Party for Special Global Urban Humanities Issue

BCNM's Greg Niemeyer and Shannon Jackson have articles in the the Urban Humanities issue of Boom Magazine!

Global Urban Humanities is hosting a celebration for the publication of BOOM California's Fall issue on Urban Humanity, which explores cities from Oakland to Mexico City to Guangzhou to San Leandro and tests hybrid methods of urban investigation. The issue was co-edited by Susan Moffat, Project Director of the UC Berkeley Global Urban Humanities Initiative and Jonathan Crisman, Project Director of the UCLA Urban Humanities Initiative and features creative work by faculty and students in both programs.
